Sludge Solid-liquid Separator
This sludge solid-liquid separator uses the multipurpose ring automatic cleaning and filtering technology instead of the traditional filter filtration. Dewatering and filtrate collection can be automatically completed all-in -one ,The collected liquid will eventually return or drain.
The crush and Dehydration of the residue is achieved by the strong squeezing force generated by the change of the screw diameter and the pitch, and the small gap between the swimming ring and the retaining ring.
Widely used in petroleum, chemicals, leather, pharmaceutical, municipal, dyeing paper, biochemical pharmacy, steel pickling and chemical sugar, food processing etc.
Main Features
1.Flocculation and dewatering.Suitable for sludge dewatering of high/low consistency.
2.The dewatering screw press electrical cabinet, disposal tank and dehydrator are integrated, which reduces the covering area and brings convenience to installment.
3.The dehydrator is enclosed working, which reduces the bad smell and improves the working environment.
Flat moving and fixed rings effectively reduce thewear and tear of ring slice.
Ring slices are assembled in sections, easy todisassemble and maintenance.
